You must be registered to participate.

CONTENT TO BE COVERED DURING THIS 3 HOUR COMPREHENSIVE COURSE:

• A 30-minute Powerpoint presentation including survival mindset, body language, verbal self-defense,

safety tips, the aftermath of an attack and personal protective devices.

• A 2 hour hands-on portion covering techniques needed to survive a violent encounter.

• A 30-minute portion allowing participants the opportunity to practice the techniques learned during

the seminar on a professionally trained padded assailant.

-Come prepared to sweat!

-Please dress in comfortable work-out attire.

-No jewelry please!

-Please bring bottled water or a sports drink.

-Any participant under 18 years old must have waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

-No prior experience necessary. Open to all women ages 13+.
